All proprietary technology, methods, architectures and brand assets developed by LONGEV'AI · Clinical Intelligence are protected under applicable intellectual property law in every jurisdiction in which the company operates. Unauthorised reproduction, reverse engineering, derivative use or commercial exploitation of any element of our work is strictly prohibited.
The name LONGEV'AI, the name CLINIOS, the visual identity, the typographic system, the colour palette and the architectural diagrams that define our work are protected as proprietary brand assets. Their use, reproduction or imitation requires explicit written authorisation from LONGEV'AI · Clinical Intelligence.
Our platform architecture and its specific application to premium clinical environments constitute a body of methodological work developed internally. The implementation patterns, engineering approaches, safety systems and orchestration methods are protected as trade secrets and proprietary methods — and are not described publicly.
Clinical data processed through our platforms remains the sovereign property of the clinic and its patients. We are not a data broker, we are not an advertising platform, we do not sell or transfer patient information under any circumstances. Patient data is hosted on certified medical-grade infrastructure (HDS — Hébergeur de Données de Santé) with end-to-end encryption.
All data processing is conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD) and equivalent regulations in the jurisdictions we serve.
The identity of our clinical partners, the specifics of our deployments, the commercial terms of our engagements and the technical configurations of our installations are protected under signed non-disclosure agreements. We do not publish client lists. We do not announce partnerships without explicit consent. We do not use partner deployments as marketing material.
All connections to our platforms are encrypted with TLS 1.3. End-to-end encryption applies to all clinical data flows. Our security posture is being aligned with the ISO 27001 international standard. Regular third-party audits are conducted. Vulnerability disclosure is welcomed at contact@longevai.ch.
Strategic, financial and commercial documents — including investor memorandums, term sheets, valuations, projections and partnership proposals — are shared exclusively under signed non-disclosure agreements with qualified counterparts. Our investor preview materials are private, time-bound, and access-monitored.
